Use the MAGLATCH or ELECTROLATCH spec with the following changes:

Add the designation "-RE" after the model number
Eliminate the reference to "FailSecure" operation at the end of the second paragraph. (The exterior shall always be in a "Fail Secure" mode: key is always required for entry. Security is maintained in the event of a power failure).
Insert the following paragraph:
The exterior trim shall operate in a "Fail Safe" mode. 24vDC power shall be required to maintain the exterior trim in a locked mode. Loss of power or a release command from the fire alarms system shall allow entry without key or release from intercom or card access system.

Add the designation "-RE" to the POWER SUPPLY UNIT model number.
Add the following sentence to the POWER SUPPLY UNIT specification:The power supply unit shall contain an input for fire alarm control panel interruption of power.
