Follow steps 1
to 4 below to download the templates you will need for
the 8000 Series Auto-Bolt lockset or exit device
STEP 1- PRIMARY DEADBOLT STRIKE
Select the main strike template you need:
Lever Lock or crossbar exit device-8000

Pick the templates under the interior group below (touch
bar, crossbar or lever) and the exterior trim function

STEP 3- Frame & Door Reinforcement
If using only
a 1-point Auto-Bolt deadbolt lockset or exit device model
skip step 4
(MULTI-POINT Steps)
Next
make sure frame is prepped with metal grout box(es) where
bolt(s) will engage frame. Also make sure door is reinforced
properly for exit device. Download that template here-8000

STEP 4- Multi-Point Rod, Bracket
& Edge Plate Info
For Multi-Point Exits or Locks (82XX, 83XX, 84XX) pick
the device group (Touch bar, Lever or Cross bar), then
the Vertical rods you are using (Surface or Concealed
rods-either for security or windstorm application). Chose
with or without the Vertical Control Option(VC). Thrubolt
brackets come standard on windstorm models (4 ea.) and
on security models (2 ea.).
