use different locations for their mortise cavities, and top &
bottom door preparations may differ. When information is provided
at time of ordering, the easier it is for the lock installer.

CHECK SWING FROM OUTSIDE
The "OUTSIDE" is typically
the locked or keyed side of the door.
On Models with Cylinder Trim on both sides of the door,
the "OUTSIDE" is considered to be the side without
exposed trim fasteners.
