Office Tower Re-Entry Lockset
Code Compliance With Easy Installation

Re-Entry Series

How Does It Work?

Re-Entry locksets fill the need where a door needs to be secured during normal operation, but also is needed as a means of escape or refuge in the event of an emergency. Many building codes mandate re-entry every fourth floor in a high-rise building.
All Securitech Re-Entry locksets provide fail-safe exiting at all times. The exterior trim is typically locked, released by key or access control system interface during normal operation. The power supply is connected to the fire alarm system. In the event of an emergency, the fire alarm system interrupts the power supply and the exterior trim unlocks. The door remains latched in place to maintain the fire rating, but entry is possible (Fail-safe entry).
